Our first day of jet lag was spent at target and swimming lessons! The girls were so excited to see all of the toys!
They both have been loving their swim lessons!
We have been hitting up all our favorite places to eat! Elise wanted to go to Jason's deli to get the free ice cream.
We caught up with Ethan, Parker, and Reese on a short visit!
Josh and I were able to meet some friends for a drink!
We have had two doctors appointments daily this week! When you haven't been in America in a year there is a lot to squeeze in!
Claire loved Dr. Allison and loved getting a lollipop. Both girls were relieved there were no shots.
Elise had her first day of gymnastics and she loved it. She's been asking me to go for a year now as gymnastics is not available in Saudi! Ha!
Claire had her check up at Texas children's and loves playing on all of the play equipment there.
We met our good friends Jeanette and Travis for a wine night! The kids had fun playing together.
We also wished our friends, Alex and Liz well on their new jobs in Seattle and baby on the way. I forgot to take a picture of them, but this is me and Jeanette at the dinner.
Finally, the girls were so excited the morning we left for San Antonio!

The girls have played much better together this time than last summer. Last year there were lots of girl fights!
We were thrilled to see Marissa dance in her recital!
They picked up right where they left off!
