Elise was excited to wear her soccer bows to soccer. She looks forward to it every week!
Claire is always dancing on the sidelines.
It's hard for me to believe, but we have finished our third year in Saudi. I can't believe that we have been here for three years. Heather made a cake for us to celebrate and we smuggled sparklers in for the kids!
Heather brought us back mud from the Dead Sea. We had a spa day down at the beach. It made our skin so soft!!
We celebrated Dr. Seuss day with wacky colored cookies, green eggs, and bacon!
A good friend left us their kayak when they repatriated, so Josh took it out this weekend. The girls all had a blast taking turns riding on it. Needless to say after a few hours, Josh was exhausted! ha!
Elise woke up the morning of the Spring Spectacular day and was full of energy! She couldn't wait to play the games and eat yummy food! Claire was excited about the horses. Unfortunately, the Saudi skies opened up and it poured down rain all afternoon. We ended up only staying a few hours. We still had a good time!
Claire smiled nicely when I said to do a silly face!
She loved the American food stand!
They were so excited to see BeBe and Papa who had returned from their long trip. They were all over them!
When we left the party, the entrance to the school was blocked off. Whenever we are in the school, it's abaya free. However, to get to our bus on this day we had to go out in the middle of a public parking lot. This is the first time we've ever been abaya free in Saudi! We had to run to to the bus, but of course had to get the obligatory picture--and to make it even better, we were in front of a mosque.
Claire wanted me to take a picture of her pink hair!
