Halloween Fun!

It was a week of Halloween clothes and costumes! We had lots of parties. =

These two are too much! They insisted on the sunglasses.

I learned how to make tortillas from our neighbor. They were delicious!

Taking care of their babies during tennis lessons...

Josh is continuing to be Mr. Mom in the morning while he is on night shift. We are still calling him a bat and are missing him a lot! 

Some of us went to Bahrain for a girls day. We ate at Senor Pacos. The food was yummy and so were the margaritas and coronas!!

Elise went to a slumber party at Jennah's house. They had a great time. She insists on wearing her sleep mask. ;)

I had a couple of kids over for Halloween activities.

We made our names out of letters on our makeshift spider web. 

We ended the night with a ghost hunt!

October in Saudi Arabia

YES IT IS STILL HOT HERE! Oh my! It is getting cooler-but we are still spending our weekends at the pool!

Elise is getting rich over here! She has now lost her 6th tooth and is still saving all of her money to go to Willie's in San Antonio.

One of the ladies on the compound went to Bahrain and picked up these pumpkins for us to paint. It was really fun to have a painting day! For those that are not aware, celebrating Halloween in Saudi Arabia is illegal. We actually are able to find more Christmas stuff than Halloween stuff. The only thing we ever are able to buy are the 100 dollar pumpkins at Tamimis.

We are very fortunate to live next door to a lady who knows how to make pinatas! She taught the kids this week...now if  only I could do it!

We celebrated Nicole's birthday this week!

Having a lazy Friday morning!

We were able to go to the consulate this weekend for a party. The girls had a great time! We aren't able to bring our cell phones inside, so these are the best pictures I could get!
