Doctor visits and fun!

Can't believe our baby will be four in a few weeks. Her doctors appointment went as well as expected...let's just say her doctor politely called her, "strong willed." Mmmm

I got together with some of my Clear Lake friends and all of our babies! I miss our weekly/monthly play dates and I miss their company so much!

We spent an afternoon with Emily and baby Hannah. Elise thinks she is so cute.

We had a blast at Ethan and Parker's. Elise just loves to see them. They all get very silly together.

Erin and I got a babysitter so we could go out one night with our good friends. Monica and Misty. It's always a good time with them!!

It was superhero month at the childrens museum of Houston. 

My friend Darci and I met up for pedicures and happy hour! Always good to spend time with her!!

 

Granny and paw paw treated us to the circus too! We had front row seats!

I'm not sure when the circus become inappropriate with their "sexy" dances and outfits....

We made it back to San Antonio! The girls were so excited!

Kristin came in town for the weekend so we all got a babysitter for a night out! Had a blast at the Pearl Brewery.

 Already looking forward to Christmas!

San Antonio, Uncle Mark, and Pippi

When we were in San Antonio this past week we were so excited to get the call that our Uncle Mark would be in town for the night! He took us out to dinner and spent some time with the kiddos. We have a very small family, he is our only Uncle and we don't get to see them nearly enough! The kids loved him, he acts a lot like their Papa!

We headed back to Sugar Land this week to spend time with friends and Josh's family!

I took the girls to the natural museum of science in sugar land. It was neat, but the big one in Houston is much better and there's not a huge price difference.

They had a toddler area where you could dig for dinosaurs that was cute!

One of our good friends, Chuck got married this weekend. I tagged along with our sweet friends, Emily and Andrew. I loved feeding Hannah her bottle! She is a sweetie!

Sugar Land has a movie night once a month in their town center. We had so much fun sitting out there watching Hook. They started it when it got dark so we couldn't stay the whole time, as it was too late for Claire.

Main Street theater was playing Pippi Longstocking. Elise just had to have her hair like Pippi's. The show was so incredibly good for a childrens performance. We got to meet the actors after and they signed her program.

School, magik theater, and babies

Alecia and I were thrilled that Elise and Gregory started school this week. They have been having so much fun too. 

They have been playing house, paint, and learning about Joseph's colorful coat. I'm so glad they are going together. 

I also love that the church school has a drop off and pick up line!! I wish ours had that in Clear Lake!

Yes, we are matching/coordinating their outfits every day.

One of my favorite things about San Antonio is all of the yummy food this town has! We had to stop at magnolia pancake house for their delicious pancakes.

Claire is enjoying her first whole cup of frozen yogurt.

A visit in San Antonio would not be complete without a stop at the Magik theater. This week the show, was The Bootmaker and The Elves and it was amazing, the best we've seen so far!

We also had a fun girls night out with Alecia's good friends!

My favorite part of being in San Antonio is getting to see my nieces and nephew eve ry day!

Alecia and Robert watched all 5 kids for me this weekend while I went to Waco. The kids had fun with play dough and the pool and Alecia and Robert survived with some wine! 

Elise keeps asking me if we can have ice cream every night in Saudi Arabia, too! Elise thinks this is a pretty fun house!

This weekend we threw a shower for my good friend Mandy. She is expecting a girl in August. I'm so happy for her and her husband. 

Mandy, Katy, and I have been friends for 14 years. We have a very special friendship. I miss them so much and am so thankful for the weekend we had together!

They are very proud of their tower building skills.

Claire was getting jealous of uncle Robert playing with Larkin, so she went in for a hug!
